At the Schlemmermarkt, some of the lively hustle and bustle moves from the Kleinmarkthalle out into the open air. On the western forecourt, vendors from the market hall showcase select products in a lively weekly market atmosphere. Since its launch in 2006, the market has complemented the culinary offerings of the historic market hall. Amid delicacies, regional specialties, and small dishes, visitors do more than just shop: Many guests combine their market visit with a delightful break and a get-together in the city centre. The direct interaction at the stalls and the mix of traditional Frankfurt products and international flavors define the experience. Those who want to continue exploring afterward will find more than 60 stalls in the Kleinmarkthalle offering fruits, vegetables, cheese, fish, meat, baked goods, and delicacies from around the world.
