There are a variety of themed tours to choose from, each lasting between one and a maximum of two hours. 
Even though each tour is uniquely designed and cannot be directly combined with one another, it is possible to book different tours one after the other.
If less time is available and a shorter tour is preferred, the content can be adapted accordingly to fit into the time slot. The price for the tour remains unchanged.
You only book the guides for our one- to two-hour tours. If you would like individual half-day or full-day programmes, we recommend that you contact the members of the Association of Frankfurt Tour Guides.

The public tours are offered daily at specific times and you can take part with a valid ticket.

With the exclusive city tours, it is possible to book a guide privately for your own group. In this case, the date can be set according to individual wishes.

Yes, the city tours are also organised in bad weather.

The majority of our tours are barrier-free. For tours that are not barrier-free, we provide corresponding information in the tour description on our website.

It is generally possible to take pets with you, provided that all participants, including the guide, give their consent. However, if one person is against this, we ask for their understanding and consideration. Please note that pets are generally not allowed on interior tours.

You can request a preferred date and time for the exclusive city tours.

Tours can be requested at any time, even at short notice. However, availability cannot be guaranteed in every case, as our guides are also booked elsewhere as freelancers. Especially during the high season, we recommend making enquiries at least four weeks in advance.

The price for each tour is calculated per guide, although individuals also have the option of booking an exclusive tour.
There is a fixed maximum number of participants for each tour. Details can be found on our website. If the group size exceeds the maximum, it is necessary to book additional guides. One guide per bus is required for tours.

We offer public tours in German and English as standard. Exclusive city tours are available in more than 15 different languages. Bilingual tours are only possible under certain circumstances.

Our guides are easy to recognise as they usually either wear a tour guide badge on their clothing or carry a bag/backpack labelled "Frankfurt City Tours".

If you wish to be picked up at a different location that matches the planned route, we will be happy to check this. Please note that this may incur additional costs.

Arrival for coach groups:
Bus groups can easily board and alight at the centrally located bus stop on Berliner Straße/Paulskirche

The guide's contact details will not be disclosed. We are your contact for all matters.
In the event of a delay, you should contact us immediately by telephone. The relevant contact numbers will be provided upon completion of the booking.

Once your exclusive city tour has been booked, we will send you an order confirmation together with the invoice and payment details

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to two weeks before the scheduled date of the tour. This rule also applies to the cancellation of individual guides if several have been booked.
