The Frankfurt Card basic is not a ticket for the public transport.

Furthermore, please note that ordered cards may not be changed or cancelled and are non-refundable.

• Please select the desired number of persons before booking.
• Only one card is issued per group. In order to take advantage of all the benefits of the Frankfurt Card, the group needs to stay together.
• Due to the system, only one name is printed on the group ticket. This is the name that is entered in the first field in the shopping cart.
