About the Vinyasa yoga session
The practice is dynamic and powerful - it focuses your attention entirely on experiencing your own body. This creates an ideal framework for leaving everyday life behind and giving the body new freedom of movement after too much sitting or standing. Above all, however, the session offers the opportunity to find balance - through movement that releases tension in a natural way. The session concludes with calm, relaxing exercises that gently guide participants into stillness.

Die Registrierung am Tag der Veranstaltung erfolgt im TOWER185 am zentralen Empfang. Die Teilnehmer kommen bitte bereits in Yoga-Kleidung. Für ausreichend Yoga Matten ist gesorgt. Umkleidekabinen stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Erfrischungsgetränke stehen zur Verfügung in der Location zur Verfügung.
