It is generally possible to take pets with you, provided that all participants, including the guide, give their consent. However, if one person is against this, we ask for your understanding and consideration. Please note that pets are generally not allowed on interior tours.

Our guides are easy to recognize as they usually either wear a tour guide badge on their clothing or carry a bag/backpack with the words “Frankfurt City Tours” on it.

There is a wide range of topics to choose from on the exclusive city tours, which last between one and a maximum of two hours, depending on the tour.

Even though each tour is designed uniquely and cannot be directly combined with others, it is possible to book different tours one after the other.

If less time is available and a shorter tour is preferred, the content can be adjusted accordingly to fit into the desired time slot. The price of the tour remains unchanged.

Guides are only booked for one- to two-hour tours. If you are interested in individual half-day or full-day programs, we recommend that you contact the members of the Frankfurt City and Tour Guide Association.

Our public tours can be booked at any time by telephone, online or directly at the Tourist Information. Depending on the availability of tickets, a tour can also be booked spontaneously.

Exclusive city tours can be requested at any time, even at short notice. However, availability cannot be guaranteed in every case, as our guides are freelancers and can be booked elsewhere. Particularly during the high season, we recommend making inquiries well in advance.

The price for each tour is calculated per guide, although individuals also have the option of booking an exclusive tour. There is a fixed maximum group size for each tour. Details can be found on our website, in the non-binding offer and in the order confirmation. If the group size exceeds the maximum, it is necessary to book additional guides so that everyone can take part.

One guide per bus is required for round trips.

We offer public tours in German and English as standard, but exclusive city tours are available in more than 15 languages. We only offer bilingual tours in individual cases.

As soon as your exclusive city tour is booked, we will send you an order confirmation together with the invoice and payment details.

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to two weeks before the scheduled date of the tour. This rule also applies to canceling individual guides if several have been booked.
