How does the city work? Who shapes it - and how can you have a say? The "City for All" exhibition vividly demonstrates how urban planning can be understandable and tangible. The Czech trio of urban planners and artists Osamu Okamura, David Böhm and Jirí Franta make the mechanisms of urban development visible using model collages, colorful cityscapes and illustrations created especially for the DAM. Their book publication "Die Stadt für alle - Handbuch für angehende Stadtplanerinnen und Stadtplaner", which was selected as one of the winners of the DAM Architectural Book Award in 2022, explains the planning issues surrounding the urban living space in a very understandable language that makes complex issues comprehensible for beginners.
