Construction fence exhibition "Your places in the history of democracy"

How did the democratic idea of a constitution develop in Germany? How is a constitution created? What are its limits and possibilities? These and other questions are addressed in the exhibition "Your Places in the History of Democracy", which will be shown at "Jazz zum Dritten" on the Römerberg. The exhibition, which was initiated by the "Foundation Places of German Democratic History", also focuses on the topics of gender equality, the development of elections and voting, the interaction between freedom of expression and freedom of assembly, between Germany and Europe and political civil society. Places of political movements are presented as well as places where people stood up for equal rights - for example in education, family and professional life.
