Best of Song Slam Frankfurt - The big annual finale

Featuring: Tito Maffay (quirky indie pop with German lyrics), Lateesha Halmen (versatile musician, poet, artist, and cultural activist from Aschaffenburg, soulful songs with a message), Maramalinka (charming singer-songwriter duo with English lyrics), Enopholyx (acoustic indie & alternative rock duo),  Nico Brocki (piano songs about astrophysics and scientific formulas), and Frank Albersmann (dark romanticism with poetic lyrics and a powerful voice). 

Who will be the Frankfurt Song Slam Champion 2025? At Best of Song Slam Frankfurt, the winners of the past song slam season from all over Germany will come together for the first time for a high-caliber annual final. Rhyme meets groove, words meet sound, voice meets chord, beat meets melody. 

A song slam works like a poetry slam—only with music. Singer-songwriters of all styles compete solo or in duos with their own compositions. Anything goes: indie folk, pop, chanson, rock ‘n’ roll, punk, rap, funk, soul, jazz, or musical – the main thing is that it's authentic, handmade, and live. The choice of instruments is also up to the performers. In the preliminary round, an audience jury decides who will advance to the final. There, only one thing counts: the applause!
