No-input mixing with Gregor Glogowski at Gallus

The workshop uses the technique of "no-input mixing" to create live and spontaneous electronic sounds and make music. Surprising, entertaining and attractive structures are created from feedback and background noises that you would otherwise want to avoid. Using simple rules, we create mini-concerts and short tracks: sound and access to it are democratized.

Gregor Glogowski lives in Frankfurt am Main and works as an artist, musician and theater maker. He is co-founder of the collective Matter of Facts Studio, a platform for experimental music theater, concerts and mediation, which regularly shows its work at venues such as Mousonturm Frankfurt and Kampnagel Hamburg. Glogowski has realized audiovisual works for the Dialogmuseum, the Crespo-Haus in Frankfurt am Main and the radio, among others. He has realized concerts in the Klangbar of the Museum Abteiberg Mönchengladbach and in the Weltkulturenmuseum Frankfurt am Main. His theater works have been invited to the World-Stage-Design Festival in Taipei (Taiwan) and the Tonlagen-Festival in HELLERAU - Dresden.
