About the Vinyasa yoga session
The practice is dynamic and powerful - it focuses your attention entirely on experiencing your own body. This creates an ideal framework for leaving everyday life behind and giving the body new freedom of movement after too much sitting or standing. Above all, however, the session offers the opportunity to find balance - through movement that releases tension in a natural way. The session concludes with calm, relaxing exercises that gently guide participants into stillness.

Please make a reservation by sending an e-mail to events@timowahl.de stating your first and last name, e-mail address, date of birth (participation from the age of 18) and which session you would like to attend. It is possible to participate in both sessions).
Registration on the day of the event will take place in TOWER185 at the central reception. Please arrive in yoga clothing. Sufficient yoga mats will be provided. Changing rooms are not available. Refreshments are available at the location.
