When you enter the small deli at Höchster Bahnhof, you feel like you're in the south: the greeting is loud, warm and in Italian, the smell of fresh coffee fills the store and the shelves are packed to the ceiling with pasta and pesto, oils, salt, dolci and other Mediterranean specialties.
For more than 25 years, the store has been impressing customers with coffee from its own roastery, a good selection of specialties and, above all, the fresh and delicious panini and tramezzini. Once you've tried them, you'll usually come back and pick up sausage, cheese or the fresh Italian bread, of which there are several varieties every day.
