When the stock exchange celebrated its 400th anniversary in 1985, the stock exchange board also decided to design the forecourt and commissioned the Würzburg sculptor Reinhard Dachlauer to create the two sculptures that stand for the ups and downs in money and securities trading. Bull and bear are now among the most popular photo motifs.
