Tourismus- und Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main is conducting a comprehensive visitor survey for Frankfurt am Main. The aim is to gain as detailed a picture as possible of the visitors to our city.

By taking part, you will help us to better understand:

• why travellers come to Frankfurt am Main,
• how they rate their stay here,
• how accommodation, service, infrastructure and tourist attractions are perceived,
• what ‘feel’ Frankfurt conveys,
• and where there is praise, criticism, requests or room for improvement.

Your feedback provides valuable insights for the future development of Frankfurt as a destination.

This survey is aimed at travellers, visitors and guests in Frankfurt am Main.

Whether you were in Frankfurt for personal reasons, on business, to attend an event or a trade fair, for a short break or a longer stay: your experiences are important to us.

Taking part is straightforward and takes around 10–15 minutes. You can complete the survey conveniently online; if you need to, you can pause it and continue at a later date.

The responses will be used to gain a better understanding of how Frankfurt is perceived as a destination and to identify specific areas for further development.

• Among other things, the results will help to:
• further develop tourism offerings in a targeted manner,
• improve services for visitors,
• better tailor local infrastructure and wayfinding to the needs of travellers,
• raise the profile of Frankfurt’s strengths,
• and identify areas for improvement.

The winners will be selected at random by Tourismus- und Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main and notified. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and is non-transferable. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Entry is free of charge. Employees of Tourismus- und Congress GmbH Frankfurt and their relatives are excluded from the prize draw. The decision is final.
