The Frankfurt Card is available as a Frankfurt Card with a ticket for local public transport and as a Frankfurt Card basic for all those who already use a Jobticket or a Deutschland-Ticket or enjoy travelling on foot, by bike or e-scooter.

Please note: The Frankfurt Card is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts. Children under the age of 6 travel free on public transport.

about Frankfurt Cards
The Frankfurt Card basic is a pure experience card with discounts of up to 50% on tours, round trips, museum admissions and other discounts on various activities. With the standard Frankfurt Card, you may also travel all across the city via public transport.
Our Frankfurt Cards are bound to calendar days.
For the Frankfurt Card, please note the end of operations of the Rhine-Main Transport Association (RMV), which is always 5:00 am on the following day.
Example: If you buy the 1-Day Card on 01st January, the card is valid for 01st January and 02nd January until 5 am. The 2-Day-Card is valid on 01st January, 02nd January and 03rd January until 5 am.
The Frankfurt Card is valid within the Frankfurt city districts including the airport (Zones 5000 and 5090) on all commuter trains (S-Bahn), subways (U-Bahn), trams, buses, night buses and regional trains.
The ticket is only valid for journeys in 2nd class. There is a surcharge for travelling in 1st class.
No, the Frankfurt Card ( basic) does not need to be printed out.
It is sufficient to present the card as a digital version.
Due to technical reasons, only one card is issued per group (max. 5 persons). All participant names must be inscribed on the Frankfurt Card; for the Frankfurt Card basic, it is only the name of the first registered participant. The tickets are personal and non-transferable. To enjoy all of the benefits of the Frankfurt Card, the group must remain together.
No, Frankfurt Card discounts apply to regular admission tickets for adults only. No further discounts will be granted on existing discounts.
Discounted tickets may possibly be cheaper on site when purchased from the respective service provider.
Family tickets or children's fares offered by the respective service provider may be cheaper.
Children up to the age of five (5) travel free of charge in the RMV area of operations and in transitional fare zones.
