For Rooftop Day, the Frankfurt Observatory opens its platform for you - with exciting insights into the sky and fantastic views over the city.
During the day, in good weather, you can take a look at the sun with a special solar telescope - safely and spectacularly. In the evening, Frankfurt reveals itself from an unusual perspective: look through our telescopes or enjoy the view from the platform - from the Main Tower to the Großer Feldberg.
Our observatory guides are on site throughout the day and will take you on an expert discovery tour of the observatory.
And if you like, treat yourself to a refreshment from the Bistro Maison Senckenberg in between - right on the platform with a view and atmosphere.
