Culture for Everyone

A city of culture

Culture for Everyone

Since the establishment of the "Museumsufer", this motto has shaped the entire Frankfurt cultural landscape with its museums, theatres, concert halls, a vibrant creative scene and cultural events. The whole city turns into a stage when music, theatre and movies can be experienced in the parks, on the banks of the River Main and even on the city's rooftops. The literary scene is also far removed from the ivory tower: the book fair is accompanied by "Open Books", a reading festival, and in the Goethe House you can immerse yourself in the world of Johann Wolfgang Goethe.
