Family tour of the bell chamber (cathedral tower)

The foundation stone for Frankfurt Cathedral Tower was laid more than 600 years ago. The medieval staircase leads up to the belfry. There hangs the second largest bronze bell in Germany - the Gloriosa. We also take a look inside the cathedral's huge roof truss. After the tour, anyone who wants to can climb up to the viewing platform and take a look at our new exhibition in the Türmerstube.
