Family Tour of the Bell Chamber (Cathedral Tower)

The cornerstone of the Frankfurt Cathedral tower was laid more than 600 years ago. We’ll climb the medieval staircase up to the belfry. There hangs Germany’s second-largest bronze bell—the Gloriosa. We won’t miss the chance to take a look at the cathedral’s massive roof truss, either. After the tour, anyone who’d like to can climb up to the observation deck and check out our new exhibition in the Türmerstube.
