"Treasures of the Cathedral" Guided Tour

The architectural style of the Gothic period—the 14th and 15th centuries—characterizes not only Frankfurt Cathedral but also many precious objects in the Cathedral Museum. The works of art often resemble fantastical miniature buildings. They can be easily compared to the large cathedral itself. The guided tour focuses on elements of the cathedral’s façade, such as the north and south portals, as well as selected objects from the Cathedral Museum.
